- Committee Members (2016): Jeanne Roberts (Pres.), Bronwyn McFadyen (Vice Pres.), Julee Hosking (Sec.), Rosie Chester (Treas.), Lynne Walter, Pam Poole, Barbara Tanner, Mary Davies, Lyn Sproles, Russell Glenn.
- Life Memberships: Three members (Julee Hosking, Maggie Hamill, Bronwyn McFadyen) received Life Membership certificates at the AGM on 7th August 2016.
- AGM & Fun Day (7th August 2016): The AGM was held with a morning walk and meeting at 11 a.m. New committee members were elected, including Pam Poole and Russell Glenn. Awards were presented, including the Greg & Betty Tulloch Medal for Most Improved Handler to Marlene Answer-Lewis, and "Stick With It" Certificates to Cheryl Worthington and Libby Cross. The 2nd Fun Day was held on 14th August with games, laughter, and a barbecue.
- Alexandra Agricultural Show: No championship dog show this year, allowing ADDOC to use the entire area for demonstrations and classes. Members' commitment is sought for this event.
- Yea Show & October Market at Yea: ADDOC may put on demonstrations at these events. The Blessing of the Animals at the Yea Market is planned for the first Saturday in October.
- End of Year Function: Scheduled for 27th November, members are encouraged to attend.
- Training Mistakes: Ten common training mistakes and solutions were discussed, including not training often enough, repeating commands, and making behaviors seem dreary or unbeneficial.
