- Paths and Roads: Drainage cleaning, parking issues, traffic restrictions
- Leisure Areas: Sandpit maintenance
- Cable TV: Comhem connection, damage repair, service agreement with Isberg Antenn AB
- Snow Removal: Separate contracts for paths and roads, some damage caused by snow removal machines
- Garage:
- Inspection: No direct damage found, but some issues need addressing
- Maintenance Agreement: With Hallands Garageportar AB since 2009
- Repairs and Cleaning: Damaged garage doors repaired, all garage doors cleaned in June
