Summary

Мониторинговый отчёт об открытости и гласности судебных заседаний в Минске — аналитический документ, подготовленный Просветительским учреждением «Центр правовой трансформации», Правозащитным центром «Весна», негосударственной волонтерской организацией «Belarus Watch» при участии РПОО «Белорусский Хельсинкский Комитет». В июле 2014 года 25 наблюдателей провели мониторинг 148 судебных заседаний в 9 районных судах города. Отчёт описывает практику реализации судами принципа открытости и гласности судебных разбирательств, включая доступ к зданию суда, размещение информации о судебных процессах, возможность присутствия граждан и звукозаписи. Основные выводы и рекомендации касаются усиления контроля за размещением информации на информационных стендах, обеспечения условий для присутствия граждан на открытых заседаниях, внесения изменений в Процессуально-исполнительный кодекс Республики Беларусь по правам участия в заседаниях и звукозаписи, а также регламентации отложенных судебных разбирательств при неявке сторон. Рекомендации адресованы Верховному Суду Республики Беларусь, Минскому городскому суду, районным судам г. Минска, органам внутренних дел.
