In the event of an accident, the policyholder must notify the insurance company promptly and provide documentation to support the claim. The insurance company will pay out the insured amount, minus a deductible of 100,000 yen per incident.

The policy is offered by Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance Inc. and is available to members of the Japan Petroleum Convenience Store Association.
