2. Achieving financial resilience through diversified revenue sources, capital improvements, and operating reserves.
3. Building a diverse, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable team of stewards with sustainable workloads, competitive compensation, and a strong organizational culture.
4. Implementing a research-based conservation plan with long-term goals, sustainable operations, and adequate capacity and expertise.
