Unclaimed 2016 final dividend
Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced on April 14, 2023, that according to its Articles of Association, the unclaimed 2016 final dividend of HK$2.04 per share, which was paid on June 2, 2017, and remained unclaimed on June 2, 2023, would be forfeited and returned to the company. As a result, the total unclaimed 2016 final dividend of HK$10,243,903.22 was forfeited and returned to the company today.

As at the date of this announcement, the board of directors of the company comprises 12 independent non-executive directors, namely Anita Fung, Yat Ai Leung, David Barclay, Lo Ka Shui, Laura Cha, Wilma Chan, Stephen Roach, Bonnie Chan, Benjamin Hung, Martin Tang, David Kneen and Junius Ho, and one executive director, Nicolas Aguzin, who is also the Chief Executive of the company.
