Summary

Rapporten handler om en termografisk inspektion af en bolig, der blev udført den 9. februar 2016. Boligen er et enfamiliehus bygget i 1954 med murværk, massiv beton sokkel og tegltag. Inspektionen viste uregelmæssigheder i isoleringskvaliteten og fejl/mangler i tætningen af boligen.

Der blev fundet lækager i boligen, men de er ikke så store som man kunne forvente i et hus af denne alder. Der blev foreslået en række løsningsforslag, herunder udskiftning af vinduer og døre, tætningsarbejde af gulvet, tætning af etageadskillelsen og skunklemmene, udskiftning af ventilationsåbninger og ventilatorer, efterisolering af varmerør i kælderen og tjekning af fugtniveauet i trækonstruktionerne.

Ydervæggene ses med enkelte mindre afvigelser, men det vurderes ikke at de bidrager til et markant øget varmeforbrug. Soklen ses med øget varmetab, hvor der er kælder. Rapporten konkluderer, at boligen har brug for en række forbedringer for at opnå bedre tæthed og reducere varmeforbrug.
