During the period from 2011 to 2015, the Faculty focused on enhancing educational quality and efficiency in its undergraduate programs. Key initiatives included:

1. Student Feedback and Teaching Performance:
- Student evaluations indicated that approximately 75% of faculty received ratings between 9 and 10, with another 20% scoring between 8 and 9. Efforts are ongoing to improve the performance of about 5% of faculty who scored below eight.

2. Departmental Exams:
- These exams have become a reliable measure of curriculum coverage. The development of exam banks has improved due to increased participation from academic groups responsible for their creation, application, and evaluation.
- Online administration expanded to include 51 subjects, supported by enhanced computer facilities.

3. Student Mobility:
- Annually, around 330 students take courses at other UNAM institutions or national entities, while about 26 participate in international exchanges, limited by available spots and scholarships.

4. Graduation Rates:
- By the 13th semester, 51.2% of the 2009 cohort had graduated, with Engineering Chemistry (67%) and QFB (65%) showing higher rates compared to other programs.
- In 2014, a total of 654 students graduated across various disciplines.

5. Curriculum Updates:
- A call was made in June 2014 for the academic community to review and update course content and bibliographies, with updates completed by faculty members.
