Chairman's Report:
Alan West highlights a successful year marked by the realization of promises made upon IHA's joining Riverside in 2011. Key achievements include:

- Irvine Customer Service Centre (CSC): Established in October, enhancing customer service with local advisors based in Irvine or Liverpool. This initiative created jobs in Irvine, addressing high unemployment rates.
- Awards: IHA won Scottish Not for Profit Employer of the Year and Scotland's Employer of the Year at Business Insider awards in November. They were also a finalist for the Chartered Institute of Housing Excellence Award under Environmental Sustainability. Additionally, they achieved the Gold Award for Healthy Working Lives.
- Community Involvement Team: Launched in 2012, this team offers affordable warmth advice, money management support, and employability services, catering to evolving customer needs.
- Housing Development and Community Regeneration: IHA contributed to alleviating housing shortages on the Isle of Arran with a development in Lamlash and successfully regenerated the Pennyburn estate in Kilwinning, transforming the area through new housing and external improvements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
IHA reached year-end having achieved all KPIs ahead of target, showcasing significant team efforts. Moving forward, they are reviewing processes for further performance enhancements. The Annual Reporting Certificate (ARC) has been submitted to the Scottish Housing Regulator, with public information expected in late Autumn 2015.

Pennyburn Regeneration:
IHA's investment of £6.7M over three years has led to the demolition of outdated flats and construction of 22 new homes, empowering the community and fostering neighborhood resilience through partnerships like Pennyburn Regeneration Youth Development Enterprise (PRYDE).
