- Granted power of attorney and authority to the Board of Directors to take necessary actions related to the resolution.

The voting results showed 99.99% agreement for the first agenda and 99.40% agreement for the second agenda. The meeting resolutions were adopted by deliberation to achieve a consensus, and if no consensus was achieved, by voting.
