Summary

Årsmøte 2019 i Steinbrygga Båthavn ble holdt 6. februar 2019. Møtet ble ledet av Frank, og det var 32 medlemmer med stemmerett til stede.

Dagsordenen inkluderte åpning, konstituering, godkjenning av dagsorden, årsberetning, regnskap, forslag fra styret og medlemmer, budsjett, valg og opplesning av protokoll.

Styret la frem flere forslag, inkludert vedtektsendring for å kunne få momsrefusjon, medlemskap i KNBF, vedlikehold av molospunten, innløsning av tomt, havnevedlikehold, videoovervåking og avgift for ikke møtt til vakt. Alle forslagene ble vedtatt, unntatt medlemskap i KNBF, som ble avvist.

Medlemmene la også frem flere forslag, inkludert merking av båter, melding til Norsk Tipping, annlegging av en fast grillplass, ekstra vedlikehold av krana og utvidelse av klubbrommet. Noen av disse forslagene ble vedtatt, mens andre falt eller ble trukket.

Valgkomiteen la frem sin innstilling for nytt styre, og valget ble vedtatt ved akklamasjon. Arild Lohne ble valgt til revisor.

Møtet ble avsluttet med opplesning av protokoll ved sekretær Tor Magne Langaas.
