The shareholders of the Anonymous Development Company O.T.A., with the name "Company of Insurance-Consulting Services of Self-Government Anonymous Development Company O.T.A." and the distinctive title "E.A.S.Y. A.A.E.- O.T.A.", are invited to the 10th Regular General Assembly on September 13, 2018, at 10:30 am, at the company's offices in Athens, 145 Liosion Street, to discuss the following agenda items:

1. Submission and approval of the annual financial statements as of December 31, 2017.
2. Submission and approval of the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors on the company's operations and financial statements as of December 31, 2017.
3. Decision on the exemption or not of the members of the Board of Directors and the auditors from any liability for compensation for the year ended December 31, 2017.
4. Approval of fees and compensation for the members of the Board of Directors for the year 2017.
5. Pre-approval of fees and compensation for the members of the Board of Directors for the year 2018.
6. Granting permission to the members of the Board of Directors to participate and conduct transactions in other Anonymous Companies.
7. Granting permission to the members of the Board of Directors to conduct insurance brokerage transactions if they have the necessary license.
8. Election of certified auditors for the year 2018.
9. Various announcements.

The shareholders who have the right to participate in the General Assembly, namely the Municipality of Athens and the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece, can be represented by legally authorized persons. The documents authorizing the representatives must be submitted to the company at least five days before the meeting. The rights of the shareholders are determined by the provisions of articles 27, 28, 29, and 39 of Law 2190/1920. If a quorum is not achieved, the General Assembly will be repeated on September 14, 2018, at 10:30 am, at the same location, without a new invitation being sent (article 29 of Law 2190/1920).
