Two general meetings of the non-profit organization "Fureai Fukushi no Kai Yamabiko Help" were held.

The first meeting was held on May 19, 2018, from 11:00 to 14:00 at 350-12 Nishino, Riucho, Futakawa-cho, Naruto City. All 36 members attended. The meeting discussed and approved five proposals:
1. The 2017 business report and financial statements
2. The 2018 business plan and budget
3. Amendments to the articles of incorporation
4. The election of new officers
5. The appointment of signers for the meeting minutes

The second meeting was held on November 1, 2018, from 11:00 to 12:00 at 26-2 Saiji, Higashihatsu, Futakawa-cho, Naruto City. 25 members attended. The meeting discussed and approved three proposals:
1. A new business plan for child-rearing support
2. Labor regulations, including overtime, accounting, and travel expenses
3. The appointment of signers for the meeting minutes

Both meetings were chaired by Fujiwara Aiko, and the minutes were signed by Morioka Mitsuko and Harima Hideko.
