Fabrics & Supplies:
- 1/4 yd. Cream fabric (blocks & backing)
- Scraps of 4 Pink fabrics (hearts)
- Fat 1/4 Pink fabric (binding)
- 10" x 10" Backing fabric
- 10" x 10" Batting
- Ackfeld 6 x 6 Scroll Frame #88017
- Perfect Piecing Seam guide by Perkins Dry Goods (recommended)
- Dritz Mighty Steam Iron (recommended)

Instructions:
- Pre-treat fabrics with Best Press and press all seams scant 1/4" unless noted.
- Cutting:
- Cream fabric: 1 backing square (8" x 8"), 2 sets of triangles (3 1/4" x 1 & 2), 9 squares (1 1/2"), 16 squares (1"), 1 rectangle (2" x 5") for hanging sleeve.
- Pink fabrics: 16 rectangles (1" x 1 1/2") and 16 squares (1" x 1").
- Pink fat 1/4: 2 bias strips (2" wide) for binding (approx. 30" long).
- Make Heart Blocks:
- Sew 1" cream square to 1" pink square, press towards pink.
- Sew 1" x 1 1/2" matching pink rectangle to the unit, press seam open.
- Make 16 heart blocks.
- Assemble Quilt:
- Sew heart blocks into rows with cream squares and triangles as shown.
- Trim quilt 1/2" outside edges of pink hearts.
- Create hanging sleeve: fold and press under 1/2" on each end of sleeve rectangle, fold and press to 1" x 4", center and baste to top of quilt back.
- Finishing:
- Apply bias binding and label.
- Hang on Ackfeld 6 x 6 Scalloped single stand #88017.
