## Key Features
- Design and Construction: JAXON served as the main construction company, overseeing the D&C contract. The project involved precast concrete elements, double-glazed windows, and curved balcony glass panels, creating an impressive façade.
- Sustainability: The development boasts a 5 Star Green Star rating, thanks to its energy-efficient design. It incorporates roof-mounted solar panels, home energy and water metering systems, and optimal natural cross ventilation.
- Community Amenities: Residents enjoy a range of communal facilities, including a pool, spa, sauna, gym, private dining areas, a cocktail bar, theatre, and library. A 2,500m² residents' deck offers resort-style features with cabanas and landscaping.
- Stage 1 vs. Stage 2: The initial stage comprises one tower over a 4-storey podium, while Stage 2 will add another building of similar design, ensuring optimal views for all residents.
