The "Bottega della Comunicazione e della Didattica" is a workshop-project at the "A. Righi e VIII" Industrial Technical Institute in Naples, Italy, where a plural methodology of teaching-learning is experimented. The project integrates various methods and techniques, including ICTs, concept maps, and research studies, to promote cooperative learning and active participation. The "Bottega" laboratory is divided into two areas: an educational space with workstations and multimedia PCs, and a printing and graphics centre with a TV studio. A recent experience with a first-class high school group of 25 students, including 5 of different ethnicity and 8 repeaters, used an interdisciplinary teaching workshop on "Environment" to form a class group, curb school dropouts, and enhance operational capabilities. The methodology used was plural, incorporating ICTs, concept maps, and didactic collaboration, and subdivision according to related "intelligences" to enhance teamwork.
