Log into the Parent Portal on the website using your log-in details. If you've forgotten your password, fill in your logon name and any password, then click "Logon" to request a new password. Alternatively, contact [email protected] for assistance.

Once logged in, click on the PTC icon, select your child and a PTC if available, and click "Edit Appointments." Choose a time slot from "Time" and click "Required" to schedule a meeting with a teacher. The system will save your input and display a message.

Click "Finish" when you're done, and you'll receive your appointment details via email if you click "Email Appointment Details." A confirmation will appear for 2 seconds.

The school will review all bookings after the conference manager closes and may modify some appointments. You'll receive an email with your final appointment schedule, including room numbers, after the schedule is closed. Please print only the confirmed schedule and bring it with you on the conference day.

For Middle School and High School teachers and Early Years and Elementary School Specialist Teachers, please block only one 10-minute slot per teacher per child, even if the teacher appears twice in your overview. Double bookings with a teacher will not be accepted.

If you encounter issues, check the following:

If you see "The booking has been switched off temporarily. Please try again in a couple of minutes," try again later.
If you don't see any PTCs, the booking may not have opened yet. Try again once the official sign-up period has opened.
