Summary

The College of Complementary Medicine's (CCM) Fees and Refund Policy and Procedures for Professional Development Courses applies to non-AQF recognized courses. Payment in full is required to secure a place, and refunds or transfers are available under certain conditions:
1. Full refund if CCM cancels a course,
2. Refund minus $30 administration fee if participant withdraws more than 14 days prior to commencement,
3. Transfer of fees to an alternative course if participant withdraws more than 7 days prior to commencement,
4. No transfer of fees if withdrawal is received within 7 days of course commencement. Refunds are paid within 28 days of cancellation or withdrawal.
