Summary

This study aims to determine the quality of service at Puskesmas Pondok Betung Tangerang Selatan for BPJS patients. The research uses the Service Of Excellence theory, which explains customer satisfaction based on indicators such as Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibles. A quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research and survey method was used, with a population of BPJS patients and a sample of 90 respondents. The results show that the quality of service at Puskesmas Pondok Betung Tangerang Selatan for BPJS patients is at a neutral/medium category, with a mean score of 79.87. The lowest score was for the availability of telephones for communication services and the attention given by staff to BPJS patients, while the highest score was for the communication skills of staff when serving BPJS patients.
