Summary

This study analyzed consumer perceptions of sate bandeng attributes, a typical gift from Banten Province, Indonesia. 150 respondents participated in organoleptic tests on 7 sate bandeng products from SMEs in Serang City, Serang Regency, and Cilegon City. The results showed that consumers have different preferences for taste, price, aroma, color, and packaging. Hasnah's UKM was preferred for taste, price, and aroma, while Aliyah's SMEs was preferred for packaging. The study can be used as a basis for SMEs to prioritize attributes preferred by consumers and for consumers to select sate bandeng products in Banten Province.
