Siddharth University's Department of Philosophy offers an M.A. program with the following structure:

M.A. Previous:
- Paper I: History of Indian Philosophy, with recommended books by Das Gupta, Sharma, and Thibaut.
- Paper II: Western Philosophy, covering Plato, Aristotle, and others, with recommended books by Flackenberg, Burnet, and Russell.
- Paper III: Ethics, including traditional and contemporary ethics, with recommended books by Saksena, Rogers, and Binkley.
- Paper IV: Symbolic Logic, with prescribed books by Copi and recommended books by Strawson and Suppes.

M.A. Final:
- Paper I: Contemporary Western Philosophy, covering realism, logical positivism, and existentialism, with recommended books by Urmson, Thevenaz, and Collins.
- Paper II: Modern Indian Thought, covering Tagore, Gandhi, Sri Aurobindo, and others, with recommended books by various authors.
- Paper III & IV: Any two of the following - Philosophy of Shankaracharya, Sri Aurobindo, Kant, or Philosophy of Brahman.

Each paper carries 100 marks, and there is a Viva-Voce test. The program covers a wide range of philosophical topics and thinkers.
