Summary

This study aims to understand factors influencing technology-supported learning in a blended environment. A research model was developed incorporating self-related factors, technology and systems factors, and instructional design factors. The survey method was used with 699 students in a freshman-level class. Findings show that students' motivation to learn and technology and systems factors significantly impact their perceptions of learning climate, task-technology fit, and blended learning flexibility. The instructional design factor also influences blended learning success. Recommendations are provided for practitioners and researchers, and future research can further validate the proposed model and identify other important factors.
