Summary

Ich hatte mich schon längere Zeit für ein Studium im Ausland interessiert und entschied mich für die Kea in Kopenhagen. Die Anreise war problemlos mit dem Zug oder Bus möglich. Kopenhagen ist eine moderne und saubere Stadt mit freundlichen Menschen, aber das Wetter ist oft regnerisch und kalt. Das Studium an der Kea unterschied sich stark von dem in Detmold, mit einem Fokus auf technische Aspekte und Bauprozesse. Ich fand das akademische Niveau in Detmold höher, aber die Kea bot eine gute Ausbildung in Revit und viele Exkursionen. Das Wohnen im Studentenwohnheim war okay, aber die Zimmer waren klein. Die Finanzen waren ein Problem, da Kopenhagen sehr teuer ist und das Erasmus-Geld nicht ausreichend war. Trotzdem habe ich das Auslandssemester sehr genossen und konnte mein Englisch verbessern, nette Leute kennenlernen und persönlich reifen.
