las bibliotecas responden" recibió un total de 1.508 preguntas de 1.154 usuarios distintos, con un 3,71% de preguntas provenientes del extranjero. La media de consultas diarias fue de 4,12. Las preguntas recibidas aumentaron desde marzo a mayo y en los últimos cuatro meses del año, coincidiendo con la difusión del servicio a través de correo electrónico y redes sociales. El 99,47% de las consultas se resolvieron dentro del plazo establecido, con un tiempo medio de resolución de 22 horas. La mayoría de las preguntas respondidas se corresponden con la materia de Bibliotecas y documentación (59,30%). Los usuarios que más consultan el servicio son los de edad comprendida entre 31-50 años. La biblioteca que más preguntas recibió fue la Biblioteca Regional de Madrid. Se recibieron un total de 182 encuestas, en las que un 60,44% de los usuarios respondieron que era la primera vez que usaban el servicio, y un 94,51% declaró que volvería a usar el servicio y lo recomendaría a un conocido.
