Summary

La Formació Professional a Catalunya ofereix dues modalitats: ordinària i dual. La modalitat ordinària consisteix en mòduls presencials al centre i pràctiques en una empresa del sector. La modalitat dual combina formació al centre amb formació remunerada en una empresa, amb un màxim de 1000 hores durant el segon curs. Per accedir a la modalitat dual, cal complir requisits com estar matriculat, tenir aprovada la UF2 i no superar el 10% de faltes d'assistència. Les empreses participen en la selecció de l'alumne i l'institut treballa per garantir la qualitat de la formació dual. Si no es pot materialitzar la formació dual, l'alumne té garantida la seva formació pràctica en la modalitat ordinària.
