ENROLLMENT APPLICATION FEE: non-refundable and non-transferable, payable on enrollment acceptance date, VND 21,000,000 for International Program and VND 10,000,000 for Academy Program.
TUITION FEE: non-transferable, no reduction or refund for absence or online delivery.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: required for enrollment, refundable at end of notice period, VND 55,000,000 for International Program and VND 25,000,000 for Academy Program.
RESERVATION FEE: equivalent to first installment payment, non-refundable and non-transferable.
DEADLINES FOR TUITION FEE PAYMENTS: advised by Admissions, refusal of enrollment if not paid by deadline.
OTHER FEES: not inclusive in Tuition Fee, payable by parents, e.g. Student’s Insurance, Uniform, Book pack & Stationery.
FAMILY DISCOUNT: 10% discount for families with more than one child enrolled.
PAYMENT METHODS: Bank Transfer, cash, or credit/debit card.
WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND OF TUITION FEE: requires 7 school weeks' notice, continuation of payment during notice period, and settlement of all obligations before refund.
