ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาและความผูกพันของนักศึกษา ประจาปีการศึกษา 2565 มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาแพงเพชร พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง (ร้อยละ 62) และศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมหาบัณฑิต (ร้อยละ 58) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นนักศึกษาประจาสาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา (ร้อยละ 83)

ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานของความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาและความผูกพันของนักศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X = 4.69) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านอาจารย์ผู้สอน (X = 4.80) ด้านระบบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา (X = 4.80) ด้านเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ให้บริการ (X = 4.67) ด้านกระบวนการ/ขั้นตอนในการให้บริการ (X = 4.64) ด้านสาระของรายวิชาในหลักสูตร (X = 4.63) และด้านสิ่งสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน (X = 4.59)

เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อในแต่ละด้าน พบว่าทุกข้อมีความพึงพอใจเท่ากันอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เช่น มีช่องทางให้นักศึกษาติดต่อสอบถามข้อมูลหลากหลายช่องทาง (X = 4.75) เจ้าหน้าที่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในงานที่ให้บริการเป็นอย่างดี (X = 4.75) หลักสูตรมีการจัดการเรียนการสอนทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ (X = 4.70) เป็นต้น
