Summary

ATHΛΗΣΗ--ΔΙΑΤΡΟΦΗ--ΥΓΕΙΑ. Ο σκοπός του project είναι η συνεργασία, συλλογικότητα, συλλογή και επεξεργασία δεδομένων, επίλυση προβλημάτων, ανάπτυξη κριτικής σκέψης και εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων. Οι στόχοι είναι η ενασχόληση των εφήβων με τον αθλητισμό, γνωριμία με τις ευεργετικές ιδιότητές του, αποφυγή των κινδύνων του πρωταθλητισμού και κατανάλωση υγιεινής και ισορροπημένης διατροφής. Η ομάδα ενδιαφέροντος αποτελούνταν από 19 μαθητές, χωρισμένοι σε τέσσερις υποομάδες, και το θέμα προσεγγίστηκε σε τέσσερα υποθέματα: άθληση για όλους, διατροφή, επίδραση της άθλησης στην υγεία και επαγγελματικός αθλητισμός. Η μέθοδος υλοποίησης ήταν η ομαδοσυνεργατική δραστηριότητα, βιωματική προσέγγιση, διαλογική συζήτηση, καλλιέργεια κριτικής σκέψης και αξιολόγηση-ανατροφοδότηση.
