أزمة التعليم في الجامعات الفلسطينية، ورقة مقدمة إلى ندوة جامعة الأقصى في 26 يونيو 2022. يبدأ الكلام عن أسبقية الإغريق في تأسيس الجامعات، خاصة أفلاطون الذي أنشأ الأكاديمية. ثم ينتقل إلى أوروبا حيث تأسست أول جامعة في بولونيا عام 1088، وتأسست بعد ذلك جامعات أخرى في أوكسفورد وباريس وكامبردج. يذكر أيضًا تأسيس الجامعات في إسبانيا وروسيا والولايات المتحدة والصين واليابان. ويشير إلى تأسيس الجامعة العبرية في القدس عام 1925، ويعتبر أن أنشطة البحث العلمي في إسرائيل من أقوى الأنشطة البحثية في العالم، حيث حازت الجامعات الإسرائيلية على مراكز متقدمة على المستوى العالمي. ويشير إلى أن دولة إسرائيل تنفق 4.7% من إنتاجها القومي على البحث العلمي، بينما تنفق الدول العربية 0.2% من دخلها القومي. ويؤكد على أهمية تناول أزمة التعليم في الجامعات الفلسطينية في ظروف الصراع مع العدو الصهيوني.
