Il documento fornisce indicazioni operative per la risoluzione di situazioni problematiche durante lo svolgimento delle prove INVALSI CBT per la scuola secondaria di secondo grado. I problemi trattati includono: l'impossibilità per un allievo di accedere alla prova con le proprie credenziali, l'interruzione dell'erogazione della prova e l'attribuzione errata o mancata attribuzione di misure compensative e dispensative. Per risolvere questi problemi, il Dirigente scolastico può richiedere nuove credenziali, generare una nuova login e password per l'allievo e consegnare le nuove credenziali all'allievo dopo averle firmate. In caso di interruzione della prova, se dura meno di 10 minuti, gli allievi possono riprendere la prova con le stesse credenziali, altrimenti devono svolgere nuovamente la prova con nuove credenziali.
