The Logistics Performance Index (LPI) is an indicator of a country's logistics and trade development, directly linked to the level of economic system development. This paper aims to determine the impact of sensitivity analysis on the evaluation and ranking of the LPI in Balkan countries, using a multi-criteria decision-making model (MCDM) with CRITIC and MARCOS methods. The results show that criteria values play a crucial role in the ranking of Balkan countries, with changes in criteria weights affecting the final results. The study used 36 scenarios with varying weights for six LPI criteria, finding that the ranking of countries changes significantly depending on the importance assigned to each criterion.
