The Master of Science in Construction Management exam consists of four sections: Engineering Economics (30%), Project Engineering (30%), Construction Management (30%), and Engineering Professional Practice (10%). Topics covered include engineering economics, project engineering, construction management, and engineering professional practice.

The Master of Science in Environmental Management exam consists of six sections: Verbal Ability (10%), Fundamental of Mathematics (10%), General Awareness (10%), Environmental Management (30%), Basic Water Supply and Sanitary System (20%), and Environmental Management Issues and Agencies (20%). Topics covered include verbal ability, mathematics, general awareness, environmental management, water supply, and sanitary systems.

All exams have a total of 150 marks, with a qualifying mark of 53, and a time duration of 3 hours.
