Summary

Dear Parents/Carers,

The academy thanks you for your support regarding recent pod closures. Academic Review Day appointment times have been sent, and changes can be made by contacting the academy. The academy is closed on Friday, 2nd July, for a training day. Sports Day has been postponed due to pod closures, but will be rescheduled towards the end of the term.

Class photos will be taken on Thursday, 8th July, by an external photographer, and consent forms must be returned by Tuesday, 6th July, for participation. If you have any questions, please contact a member of the team.

EXTERNAL PHOTOGRAPHER CONSENT FORM – HARRIS ACADEMY TOTTENHAM

Occasion: Class photographs on 8th July 2021.
Purpose: To provide parents/carers with an opportunity to purchase a memorable record of their child.
Justification: Consent is required for an external photographer to take and publish pictures of your child.

Consent: Please sign the form below if you consent to your child's photographs being taken.
