ELTERNVEREIN AM BUNDESGYMNASIUM Wien XIII
Der Elternverein hielt am 25. September 2019 eine Ausschusssitzung ab, an der 28 Personen teilnahmen. Die Sitzung begann um 20:00 Uhr und endete um 20:45 Uhr. Der Obmann begrüßte die neuen Elternvertreter und eröffnete die Sitzung. Das Protokoll vom 28. Mai 2019 wurde einstimmig angenommen. Der Bericht der Direktorin entfiel, der Bericht des Obmanns war kurz, da er bereits in der Hauptversammlung erfolgt war. Der Jahresbericht verbessert sich ständig und stellt eine wichtige Einnahmequelle dar. Der Elternverein fordert die Einführung des digitalen Klassenbuchs. Es wurden mehrere Anträge gestellt, unter anderem für die Übernahme von Preisgeldern für die Chemie- und Lateinolympiade, für die Übernahme von Kosten für Begleitlehrer bei den Wintersportwochen und für den Ankauf von kleinen Spinden. Einige Anträge wurden vertagt, da die Kosten noch nicht bekannt waren oder als zu hoch angesehen wurden. Ein Angebot einer Mutter, ein Buch zum Thema Finanzbildung zu verkaufen, wurde vorerst abgelehnt.
