The "Sonos" Civic Music School, led by the Comune di Nulvi (capofila) and joined by the comuni of Chiaramonti, Martis, Perfugas, Sennori, Tergiu, aims to promote, diffuse, and elevate musical instruction, with a focus on Sardinian music. It offers courses for children, young adults, and residents of Sardegna, with priority given to those under 30.

The school provides classes in various instruments (flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, voice, guitar, piano, double bass, violin, cello, electric bass, electric guitar, drums, accordion, launeddas) and subjects (composition, arrangement, theory, harmony, music history, ensemble, listening guide, propaedeutics, choir, fonia, informatics, recording techniques, sacred music, organ). Additional classes may be added based on demand, and specialized sections or workshops can be organized.

The academic year follows the public school calendar, and the school operates in shifts, with an annual plan developed by the School Administration Council. Students must pass annual exams to progress to the next level or confirm their status. Those who fail twice or remain "out of course" for three years are no longer allowed to attend.

The school's personnel includes a Director and teachers, selected through public competitions based on their qualifications and experience. The Director is responsible for the school's artistic direction and teacher assignments. Teachers must fulfill their contractual obligations, including assisting in collective exercises, participating in public events, and preparing for concerts and performances.
