Formalities and Procedures

Procedures and forms are posted on the official website
International students must consult with their supervisor and the administrative office
Changes to address, name, guarantor, or guarantor's address must be notified to the administrative office

Temporary Leave from School

Submit an application by the first day of the month previous to the month of leave
Approval from the chief supervisor is required
Temporary leave may not exceed 3 years
Tuition fees may not be exempted depending on the application timing

Returning to School

Submit an application by the first day of the month previous to the month of return
Approval from the chief supervisor is required

Withdrawal from School

Submit an application by the first day of the month of withdrawal
Approval from the chief supervisor is required
Outstanding tuition fees must be paid before withdrawal

Removal from Registration

Students who die, are missing, or have poor prospects for completing the course may be removed from the register
Students who exceed the prescribed years of enrollment or fail to pay tuition fees may also be removed

Eligibility for Day/Evening Courses

Working students may be eligible for day/evening courses
Consult the administrative office for more information

Change to the System for Extending the Period of Registration

Doctoral course students who are in employment may be eligible for a change to the system
