2. Permission Request: Choose the “Permission Request” tile.

3. Create New Request: In the “Permission to Add” tab, click on the “Create New Request” icon to proceed.

4. Eligible Requests and Requirements: Review the eligible requests and requirements, then select “Next”.

5. Instructions: Read the instructions before starting your request.

6. Confirm Term and Class Number: Confirm the term for the permission request and enter the 5-digit class number in the “Class Nbr” field. Use the “Class Schedule” link to find this number.

7. Select Permission Type: Choose the applicable permission related to the class. For more details, refer to the Office of the Registrar webpage on Adding A Class.

8. Justification and Submission: Provide a justification for your request and click the “Submit” button. In this example, a “Unit Load” Permission Request is made for “PSYC 100”.

9. Submission Confirmation: Read the confirmation message. To submit another request or view submitted ones, select the “Return to Permission Request Summary” link. Use the “Return to Student Center” link to go back.

10. Review Status: Check the status of your requests in the “Permission Request Summary” section. You will receive a Coyote E-Mail notification if your request is “Denied” or “Approved”.
