Government School of Property offers various apprenticeships and leadership development programs, including:
- Facilities Services Operator (L2): 12 months, GCSE English & Maths grades 3 to 1 or D to G to start, ends with Level 2 Facilities Services Principles Certificate (IWFM) and Associate membership of IWFM.
- Facilities Management Supervisor (L3): 18-24 months, GCSE levels 9 to 4 or A to C in English & Maths, ends with Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management (IWFM) and Associate membership of IWFM.
- Facilities Manager (L4): 24 months, GCSE levels 9 to 4 or A to C in English & Maths, ends with Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management (IWFM) and Associate membership of IWFM.
- Surveying Technician Apprenticeship (L3): 24-26 months, 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, ends with L3 Surveying Technician Diploma and RICS Associate assessment.
- Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (L6): 57 months, 96 UCAS points, ends with BSc (Hons) degree and RICS APC assessment leading to Chartered Status with RICS.
- Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (L6): 57 months, existing degree or equivalent, ends with BSc (Hons) degree and RICS APC assessment leading to Chartered Status with RICS.
- Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (MSc): 32 months, existing degree or equivalent, ends with MSc degree and RICS APC assessment leading to Chartered Status with RICS.
- Senior Leaders Masters Degree Apprenticeship (L7): 29 months, existing degree or equivalent, ends with MBA in Construction and Real Estate and independent assessment leading to Chartered Manager status.
The Civil Service Fast Stream is a leadership development program with 15 schemes, including the Property Fast Stream, which offers the opportunity to work on making properties more sustainable and adaptable.
