Summary

The necessity of raising awareness among students and adults on issues of accepting disability and diversity and developing an inclusive culture in school is emphasized. This is based on institutional texts and declarations from the United Nations (UNESCO, 2007) and the European Strategy for Disability 2010-2020 (European Commission, 2013), which aim to promote social justice and equal opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities. Modern educational approaches internationally promote inclusive education, creating a "single school" for all students, and educating students with disabilities or special educational needs in general schools. To achieve this, it is suggested to reform the general school, use differentiated pedagogical approaches, provide appropriate means and materials, create suitable conditions in the school, and eliminate prejudices and stereotypes about diversity and disability.
