The article analyzes the results of the international competition of the 31st mobile exhibition of children's fine art "I see the world: the world of the universe", dedicated to Y. Gagarin's flight into space and the year of science and technology in Russia. It concludes that the visual creativity of children aged 2-18 years is characterized by the rhythmic organization of the composition, dictated by the individual characteristics of the child's development and the pedagogical conditions of teaching. The analysis of children's drawings placed in the virtual gallery of the International Union of Teachers-Artists allows the competent jury to analyze the works and choose the winners, organize a system of training a teacher-artist on specific samples that reflect the age characteristics of the development of the visual image. The concept of "rhythm" is directly related to the concept of "meter" in music, and the definition of rhythm in music can be applied to the description of rhythm in children's visual art. The article highlights the importance of rhythm as a means of expression in children's drawings, which helps them convey their emotions and ideas.
