Mr. Muhammad Mahbubul Haque was born and raised in Bhairab Upazila of Kishoreganj district. His father is Muhammad Akramul Haque and mother is Akia Khatun. He completed his SSC from Bhairab Pilot High School, HSC from Hazi Asmat Ali Collegiate School, and graduated with a BPharm and MPharm degree from the University of Asia Pacific (UAP). He also completed a postgraduate diploma (PGD) in Pharmaceutical Technology from the Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology (TIPT).

Mr. Haque started his career as a PMD and later worked in the Training Department of a renowned pharmaceutical company. He is a registered pharmacist with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council. He has worked as a lecturer at the Bangladesh Institute of Pharmaceuticals, Dhaka, and has contributed to the development of the national pharmaceutical policy.

He has attended numerous international conferences and workshops in countries such as the USA, China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Tanzania, Turkey, Italy, and Jordan. Mr. Haque is married to Kamrun Nahar Israt Jahan, also a registered pharmacist. He is currently working as the Manager of Research and Development at a pharmaceutical company.
