Dear Parents,

As we enter the cold season, I hope this message finds you well. I extend my sincere gratitude for your continued support and cooperation in our school's educational endeavors.

In light of the rapid increase in COVID-19 infections within our prefecture, we are implementing the following attendance policies to ensure the smooth operation of our school:

- PCR Testing and Close Contact Quarantine: If a student or their cohabiting family members are undergoing PCR testing due to suspected close contact, they should remain off campus until the test results are available. (Based on Article 19 of the School Health and Safety Act)

- Symptoms in Cohabiting Family Members: Students should not attend school if a family member at home exhibits a fever or cold symptoms. Exceptions will be made only if the child's attending physician provides a diagnosis confirming that there is no risk of infection despite these symptoms in a cohabiting family member.

We kindly request your understanding and cooperation regarding these measures, which are designed to prioritize the health and safety of our students and staff. Please note that further adjustments to these guidelines may be necessary depending on future infection trends.
