The university is implementing the "Hope Admission Program" as part of the "University Weakness Student Learning Guidance Subsidy Program" set by the Ministry of Education. The program aims to provide opportunities for students from disadvantaged families to study at the university.

Eligibility:
1. Currently a third-year high school student in a public or private high school in Taiwan.
2. Meets one of the following conditions:
a. Low-income household or middle-low income household for the past three years.
b. Special circumstances family member or grandchild.
c. New immigrant child.
d. Student from a remote area high school.

Application Period: November 10, 2023, to November 20, 2023.

Application Procedure:
1. High school personnel log in to the system and upload their contact information.
2. Students log in to the system and upload their application data and supporting documents.
3. Confirm the uploaded data.

Important Dates:
- November 27, 2023: First-stage review and selection results announced.
- December 20, 2023: Admission results announced.
- December 20, 2023, to December 27, 2023: Online registration.
- December 28, 2023: Announcement of waitlist admission.
