The Hanru Cultural Education Foundation and Huaru Youth Care Foundation are jointly sponsoring public welfare activities for schools during the 110 winter break. The application period is from October 12, 2020, to November 6, 2020. To be eligible, activities must be of a public service nature, promote social goodness, and not involve political or personal promotion.

Applicants must submit required documents, including a school letter, application form, activity plan, budget, and risk assessment form, by mail to both foundations. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Selected applicants will be invited for an interview, and results will be announced on the foundations' Facebook pages. Sponsored groups must submit a written report and photos after the activity, and share the activity summary on the foundations' Facebook pages.
