Public health measures require organizations to implement indoor masking and vaccination policies. There are three categories of organizations:
1. Indoor customer/public facing venues with capacity of 250 or more people, which must require masking of all individuals indoors and post signage.
2. Indoor customer/public facing venues with capacity less than 250 people, which can choose to implement masking, proof of vaccination, or a combination of both.
3. Office-based and other public/private employers, which can also choose to implement masking, proof of vaccination, or a combination of both.

These measures apply to indoor settings only and will be in effect from December 20, 2021, for 30 days, unless extended. Exemptions apply to individuals under two years old, those whose health would be damaged by wearing a mask, and those developmentally unable to comply. Organizations can establish more restrictive policies if desired.
