The Consent Agenda was approved, including minutes from the April 27, 2021 meeting, Monthly Financial Activity Report for April, and Personnel Action Items approved at the May 13, 2021 meeting of the Board of Trustees.

Reports:

Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, Nicole Glentzer, reported on Summer Vaccination Clinics, COVID testing, and updated COVID response plans.
* A 0.5% salary increase for next year was negotiated with CSEA, as well as an increase to the District Health Insurance Cap and a $70/day stipend for Summer School instructional staff.
