Summary

Der Gesetzentwurf für bessere Löhne in der Pflege (Pflegelöhneverbesserungsgesetz) zielt darauf ab, die Arbeitsbedingungen in der Pflegebranche zu verbessern und den Pflegekräften bessere Löhne zu sichern. Der Bedarf an Pflegekräften wird in Deutschland voraussichtlich weiter steigen, jedoch bleiben viele Stellen in der Pflegebranche unbesetzt. Der Gesetzentwurf modifiziert das Verfahren zum Erlass von Rechtsverordnungen nach § 7a AEntG und vereinfacht die Berufung und die Beschlussfassung der Kommission, die zukünftig als ständiges Gremium berufen wird. Die Kommission soll differenzierende Mindestentgeltsätze beschließen, um auch Pflegefachkräfte bessergestellt zu werden. Der Gesetzentwurf sieht keine Haushaltsausgaben ohne Erfüllungsaufwand und keinen Erfüllungsaufwand für Bürgerinnen und Bürger vor.
