Summary

Der Deutsche Bundestag fordert die Bundesregierung auf, ein Moratorium zur Finanzmarktbürokratisierung zu verhängen, um die wirtschaftlichen Folgen der Corona-Epidemie abzumildern. Die geplanten Maßnahmen zum Provisionsdeckel und zur Aufsichtsübertragung der Finanzanlagenvermittler sollen vertagt werden, bis die wirtschaftlichen Folgen der Corona-Epidemie abgeklungen sind. Die Bundesregierung soll auch prüfen, ob ihre geplanten Gesetzesänderungen in der derzeitigen Krisensituation einen zumutbaren bürokratischen Mehraufwand für die jeweilige Branche darstellen. Zudem soll die Bundesregierung nationale Spielräume bei EU-Richtlinien voll ausschöpfen und sich auf europäischer Ebene für die Lockerung bestimmter Finanzmarktrichtlinien einsetzen, um eine zusätzliche Kreditklemme für deutsche Unternehmen und Privatpersonen zu vermeiden.
