Summary

Der Entwurf eines Siebzehnten Gesetzes zur Änderung des Atomgesetzes (Siebzehntes AtG-ÄnderungsG) soll den Tatbestand Schutz gegen Störmaßnahmen oder sonstige Einwirkungen Dritter (SEWD) im Atomgesetz konkretisieren. Der Gesetzentwurf stärkt den atomrechtlichen Funktionsvorbehalt der Exekutive und regelt bereits bestehende untergesetzliche Regelungen auf Gesetzesebene, um die Verteidigung zutreffender Genehmigungsentscheidungen vor Gericht zu sichern und verfassungsrechtliche Risiken zu vermeiden. Es fallen keine Haushaltsausgaben ohne Erfüllungsaufwand an, und der Erfüllungsaufwand für Bürger, Wirtschaft und Verwaltung bleibt unverändert.
