The Greek Ministry of Interior has issued a set of regulations for the protection of the agricultural environment and the prevention of agricultural crimes. The regulations include:

1. Prohibition of abandoning animals without a guardian in public or cultivated areas.
2. Prohibition of leaving dead animals or poultry unburied for more than 48 hours in agricultural areas.
3. Prohibition of tying animals to the edges of agricultural properties that border rural roads with rope or chain.
4. Prohibition of grazing animals near railway lines.
5. Prohibition of placing beehives within 25 meters of rural roads and 50 meters of residential houses, unless surrounded by a special mesh.
6. Prohibition of leaving uncovered manure piles from livestock farms or diverting their waste into rural roads, irrigation or drainage ditches.
7. Prohibition of discarding pesticide or fertilizer residues, stones, soil, wood, or other objects on roads, adjacent ditches, rivers, lakes, springs, and streams.
8. Obligation of landowners or tenants to open and clean drainage ditches around their properties in September each year.
9. Obligation of landowners or tenants to bury dead animals and dispose of waste from livestock farms in a responsible manner.

These regulations aim to protect the agricultural environment, prevent agricultural crimes, and ensure public safety.
